*Beginning October 2, 2021:
- GSA will identify individuals who paid the standard rate and refund them the difference for the online only rate. No action required by the registrant.
- GSA will identify individuals who paid for luncheon/event tickets and refund them in full. No action required by the registrant.
Cancellation requests for a full refund for the in-person meeting must be received in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org by October 1, 2021.
Cancellation requests for the online only must be received in writing at email@example.com by October 11, 2021, will be refunded minus a 25% nonrefundable cancellation fee. After October 11, 2021, refunds will not be issued for any reason. Refund requests for the cancellation fee will not be considered regardless of the registration category, amount paid, or when requested. No-shows to the GSA 2021 ASM Online meeting will not be refunded regardless of the reason, including conflicts that arise with a registrant's schedule or failure to test the computer connection prior to the online meeting. Failure to join the GSA 2021 ASM Online meeting as it takes place live (e.g., late arrivals or early departures) does not constitute a reason for a full or partial refund. A submitted online registration serves as acknowledgement, acceptance, and agreement of this cancellation policy.
All cancellation requests will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and back on the original form of payment.
Any individual who registered for the in-person early-bird rate will automatically be converted to an ‘online only’ registrant at no additional cost.
